From the many outstanding reviews posted and the very poor encounters I have had with the recommended Kyocera repair agent in Townsville, it was a relatively simple decision to pay the freight component to send my printer to Evolve for a warranty repair. Their communication with me by email and phone outlining their processes and the status quo of the repair was exemplary. The team at Evolve provided us with a high-quality IT system. They were able to change over our entire, out-of-date IT system to a new modern style with a new hardware. They set up our 2 offices in different locations and improved our backup system that can be operated remotely. Evolve worked well with our local staff to make the transition from old to new seamless. The team at Evolve Equipment Management ("EEM") lead on the front foot by the proactive directors, is an example of how businesses should be operated and their dealings with customers. I have been using EEM for nearly 20 years and, as i am extremely particular with whom i deal with whether its clients or suppliers, EEM have been really wonderful in providing me with top notch customer service.
